SHIPPING POLICY

Canada
Sales tax will be charged according to the province of delivery. You will not be charged any duties upon delivery.

USA
Your order will be shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning duties, fees, and import taxes are not included in the order total at checkout. These additional charges may apply upon delivery and will be the responsibility of the client. For more information, please consult your local customs office, as duties and customs fees are also the customer’s responsibility.

We are happy to provide FREE shipping within Canada and the United States of America on orders OVER $350 CAD (before taxes and duties).

Canada
- $25 CAD (FREE SHIPPING IF YOU SPEND OVER $350 CAD)

USA
- $25 USD (FREE SHIPPING IF YOU SPEND OVER $350 USD)

Shipping Time

Please allow 4-7 days for processing, in addition to the timeline stated in the product's description. If you order multiple items, all pieces will be shipped together. Please note that orders typically will not be shipped the same day they are placed.

Rush Orders
If you require a rush order, please email us before placing your order to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline. Rush orders are subject to additional fees.

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. If an incorrect address is given, we are not liable for the contents of the shipment and are not obligated to issue a refund.
