RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility and Timeframe for Returns/Exchanges

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. It is essential that the return package is dispatched back to us within this 14-day window. If a chargeback is filed for a return, we will provide our policy details to your bank as evidence that the return timeframe was clearly communicated.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and must remain undamaged. We will only process returns or exchanges after inspecting the returned items. If the item is found to be used, altered, or not in its original condition, it will be sent back to you without further action.

Return Shipping Guidelines

Canada: We provide return shipping labels for customers within Canada.

International: Customers outside of Canada are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

A flat fee of $25 will be deducted to cover return shipping, restocking, and processing expenses. Please note that any duties, taxes, or expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Your refund will reflect the cost of the item(s) minus the shipping and return fees.

Processing and Refund Timelines

Once your return is received, we will inspect it within 5 to 10 days to ensure all tags are intact and the item meets our quality standards. If the return is accepted, we will issue a refund within 7 to 10 business days. During peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Refund Details

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the 14-day window. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will promptly dispatch the replacement item. Please note that the exchange will only be applicable if the product is returned in its original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
